At Superb Nails, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon.

We do not accept refunds, but if you are unhappy with your service we are more than happy to change/redo it for you. No returns or refunds for lost or stolen gift certificates. take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee. If there is no call and no show, understand that your number may end up in the block list.

Superb Nails is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our clients waiting unnecessarily.
